Puberty does not begin at the same age for everyone.In girls,it usually starts between the ages of 9 and 12.In boys,puberty starts later,between the ages of 12 and 14.
People are different from one another.Some of you may not be as big and tall as your friends at the same age.Do not worry if you develop earlier or later than your friends.Everyone goes through puberty at his or her own pace.It is more important that you eat well and exercise regularly.Ω

Menstruation may be accompanied by stomach cramps,headaches and moodiness.However,daily activities can still be carried out as usual.Some of us may experience more discomfort than others.We should therefore,try to remember that and be more understanding of our friend's feelings.
It is easy to feel embarrassed when talking about menstruation but you still need to get all the right information.You may approach your parents,teachers or doctor for answer.
Some girls may have menstrual problems.These include heavy bleeding,severe stomach cramps or pain,fainting and irregular periods.When such problems occur,it is important to see a doctor for treatment.
During menstruation,personal hygiene is important.This involves the regular change and correct disposal of sanitary towels,showering and bathing daily.♪

1st day to 5th day=menstruation occurs when the lining of the womb breaks down.
6th to 10th day=lining of womb just beginning to thicken.
11th to 18th day=lining continues to thicken.
19th to 28th day=thick lining containing many blood vessels.

At puberty,girls start to menstruate.Menstruation usually occurs every 28 days.It involves the building up and breaking down of the womb lining.The womb is the part inside a woman where a baby grows until it is born.It is pear-shaped and is located in the lower abdomen of a woman.Menstruation♥☆.
The lining of the womb is very rich in blood.When the lining breaks down,it flows out of the body through an opening called the vagina.This discharge is mainly blood.
☆* Menstruation is a natural and healthy body process.For most girls,it begins between the ages of 10 and 14.

During puberty,the body undergoes certain changes.These are some of the changes.♥
Changes in a boy,
♥ Voice ''breaks'' and deepens.
♥ Shoulders become broader.
♥ Pimples may appear on the face.
♥ Hair starts to grow on the face,chest,in the armpits,and in the pubic area.
Changes in a girl,
♥ Breasts grow bigger.
♥ Hips become wider and rounder.
♥ Pimples may appear on the face.
♥ Hair starts to grow under the arms and in the pubic areas.
♥ Starts to menstruate.Menstruation is also known as period. ☆

Puberty-a special time in our lives!
When we are about 9 to 14 years old,we begin to grow rapidly.Many changes take place in the body.These changes may take place over several years.They are the result of an increased production of some substances in the body called hormones.♥
